Congrats to Valley chef Nick LaRosa, who picked up $10,000 by winning Tuesday night’s episode of the Food Network reality-competition show ‘‘Chopped.’’
LaRosa is executive chef and part-owner of the Blueprint Hospitality Group, which operates Nook Kitchen Downtown, Nook Kitchen Arcadia, Dilly Dally Lounge, and The Bar, all in Phoenix.
Other Valley chefs who’ve won on the show include Adam Allison of Handlebar Diner in Mesa and Jennifer Carraway of Joy Bus Diner in Phoenix.
LaRosa’s episode, entitled ‘‘Squab Goals,’’ will be rerun at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. next Thursday, April 25.
