Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, the Valley-based chain of self-proclaimed ‘‘neighborhood burger joints,’’ will open its 14th location on the southeast corner of 50th Street and Chandler in Ahwatukee.
CB&C’s menu highlights are 19 half-pound specialty burgers and 130 beers.
The newly constructed building is expected to be ready in early 2020.
Before then, the chain will open its second California location in Carlsbad in July, followed by a location on the northwest corner of the 101 and Shea in Scottsdale in September.
