East Valley-based Thai Chili 2 Go, a fast-growing chain of quick-casual Thai eateries, is opening its eighth and ninth locations this summer.
The eighth will open on the southwest corner of Camelback and 20th Street in Phoenix in May.
The ninth is scheduled to open on the northwest corner of the 101 and Elliot in south Tempe in June.
Akshat Sethi opened Thai Chili, a sit-down restaurant, on the southeast corner of Val Vista and Baseline in Gilbert in 2010.
In 2015, he took the restaurant’s 20 most popular menu items and debuted the Thai Chili 2 Go concept in east Mesa.
Additional Thai Chili 2 Go locations have since opened in Gilbert (two), Chandler, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and north Phoenix.
