JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert will host its monthly bourbon dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 24.
This month’s focus will be on Compass Box Scotch whiskies.
The food-and-wine pairings:
- 1st course: Seared Alaskan cod, paired with Penicillin cocktail made with Great King Street Artists blend;
- 2nd course: Fire-roasted vegetable salad, paired with Hedonism;
- 3rd course: Smoked ribs with polenta cakes and creamed spinach, paired with The Spice Tree;
- 4th course: Rocky road cheesecake, paired with The Spaniard.
