George Lopez’s Chingon Kitchen, a Mexican restaurant from the famed comedian and actor, will open Friday, May 3, at Vee Quiva Hotel & Casino in the West Valley.
It will be the second location for the concept, which debuted at San Manuel Casino in Highland, Calif., in 2017.
The menu features tacos, burritos, bowls, and stuffed potatoes filled with carne asada, rotisserie chicken, and al pastor (pork).
Aguas frescas, Mexican sodas, and Mexican bottled beers are among the beverage options.
The restaurant ‘s decor will include Dia de los Muertos skulls and Lucha Libre masks.
