Dilla Libre, formerly known as United Lunchadores Street Gourmet, will open its second bricks-and-mortar location in south Scottsdale next month.
The quesadilla and street taco shop will take over the 2-year-old Pho King Asian-Mexican fusion restaurant on the northeast corner of Hayden and Thomas.
Pho King, which also operates a food truck, is part of the Gypsy Restaurant Group, as is Dilla Libre.
Dilla Libre debuted in 2012 as a food truck called Luncha Libre and eventually added a bricks-and-mortar shop called Taco and Dilla Parlor in north Phoenix.
It changed the names of the food truck and restaurant to United Lunchadores in 2015, and now is rebranding as Dilla Libre.
The Scottsdale location is targeting a June 1 opening.
