California-based Mexican restaurant chain Tocaya Organica will hold the grand opening of its second Arizona location at Scottsdale Fashion Square on Sunday, May 5.
The fast-casual concept offers salads, tacos, bowls, and burritos.
Tocaya Organica debuted in Venice, Calif., in 2016 and quickly has grown to 12 locations in California and now two in Arizona. A location at Kierland Commons opened in November.
“2019 is a year of rapid growth for us,†founder Tosh Berman says in a media release. “We’ve seen such an instantaneous, positive reaction to Tocaya Organica in Southern California that building on our presence in Arizona felt like a natural next step, especially in the downtown Scottsdale neighborhood.’’
Hours are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
