Ex-D’Vine Bistro in Chandler finally reopens as St. Amand Kitchen & Cocktails

St. Amand Kitchen & Cocktails finally has opened its doors on the northwest corner of Alma School and Ocotillo in south Chandler.

The restaurant and bar, formerly known as D’Vine Bistro & Wine Bar, closed last September for remodeling and rebranding.

The plan was to reopen in October, but the changes took nearly seven months. They include a modernization of the interior, expansion of the bar and patio, and a new menu.

The original D’Vine was opened by Mark Nowicki in east Mesa in 2005 and quickly became one of the East Valley’s top food and drink destinations.

Two years later, Nowicki launched the Chandler spinoff, which never became as popular as its sibling.

The Chandler location has been sold twice. Current owner Robert Coulson took over in 2010.

D’Vine Bistro & Wine Bar in east Mesa remains unchanged.
