Grand Avenue Brewing, Arizona’s newest craft brewery, has opened on Pierce Street just west of Grand Avenue in downtown Phoenix.

Owner John Coll’s 3,000-square-foot venue, the latest in a long line of occupants of a 1940s-era warehouse, features a taproom and a 7-barrel brewing system.

Opening beers, all unfiltered, are El Dorado IPA, Grand Avenue Stout, Session Red Ale, and Simple Jack Cream Ale.

A limited food menu offers smoked Schreiner’s sausages, baked potatoes, soft pretzels, and daily specials.

The brewery’s hours are listed as 4-9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 3-11 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.

It is closed Mondays.
