Now open: Sushi Ramen GO in Gilbert

By Jess Harter Wednesday, May 15, 2019

Sushi Ramen GO – a restaurant specializing in sushi, ramen, and poke bowls – has opened on the northeast corner of Higley and Ray in Gilbert.

It takes over the space formerly occupied by health-conscious cafe Nourish.

On the sushi side, there are 10 specialty rolls ($9-$12.50), as well as sashimi, hosomaki, and uramaki.

Ramen ($10) comes in five varieties. Poke, beef, and seafood bowls start at $10.

Hours are 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 4:30-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
