The Thirsty Lion, a Portland-based chain of gastropubs, will open its fourth Valley location this fall at Desert Ridge Marketplace in northeast Phoenix.
It will be located on the southwest side of the area known as The District.
‘‘Desert Ridge Marketplace continues to establish itself as the place to be in the North Valley, evidence of how we chose where to open the fourth Arizona location,’’ says Thirsty Lion owner John Plew.
The 6,500-square-foot venue will feature a large dining area and an outdoor bar and patio with a fire pit.
Thirsty Lion made its Arizona debut at Tempe Marketplace in 2011. It added locations at Scottsdale Fashion Square in 2015 and SanTan Village in Gilbert in 2016.
