Dog Haus, a California-based chain that made its Valley debut at the Scottsdale Quarter in April, will open a location at SanTan Village shopping center in Gilbert.
It’s taking over the former World of Beer space.
Dog Haus is best-known for its signature all-beef dogs and hand-crafted sausages, but also offers burgers and chicken sandwiches, all served on King’s Hawaiian rolls.
The concept has two formats: A restaurant only, and a restaurant with a separate bar area with 24 craft beers on tap.
The Scottsdale location is the former; the Gilbert location will be the latter, as will be another Dog Haus coming to CityScape in downtown Phoenix.
Construction hasn’t begun yet, so look for the SanTan location to open late this year.
