It looks like Gilbert finally is getting a Culver’s.
An MXSW reader noticed the Wisconsin-based burger chain has submitted design plans to the town for a restaurant on the southwest corner of Val Vista and Willis/Mercy.
That’s the same corner, just southwest of Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, where Dutch Bros. Coffee opened last year.
Culver’s made its Arizona debut in Mesa in 2008. There currently are seven locations in the East Valley.
The chain is known for its signature ButterBurgers, cheese curds, and frozen custards.
