Bourbon Jacks in downtown Chandler will host a four-course whiskey cocktail pairing dinner at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 17.
The food menu (drinks TBA):
- 1st course: Crab cake with mixed greens salad, remoulade, and citrus vinaigrette;
- 2nd course: Speck (dried smoked ham) crostata, house-made focaccia, pimento cheese, and pickled green relish;
- 3rd course: Bistro tender steak au poivre, braised mustard greens, and roasted cauliflower mash;
- 4th course: Pear and brie with butterscotch and toffee crumbles.
Tickets are $70 per person and can be purchased at Bourbon Jacks.
