Last week MXSW revealed the craft beer tap list for this year’s Feast of St. Arnold, which will be held this Saturday, July 13, at Fibber Magees Irish Pub in Chandler.

Now we’ve got this year’s food specials:

  • Flammkuchen: Onion, bacon, fromage blanc, and crème fraiche on flatbread;
  • Beer Brat: Brennan’s Red-marinated beer brat served on a hoagie roll smothered with mustard, onions, bacon, and house sauerkraut and served with a side;
  • Sour Loin: Pork tenderloin – marinated in Deschutes Marionberry Lavender Sour, seared and braised – smothered with caramelized onions and bacon and served with mashed potatoes, chef’s veggie, and a mustard onion demi-glace;
  • Seared Pork Shanks: Five pork shanks – braised, seared, dry-rubbed, and grilled – served with mango chutney and BBQ sauce;
  • Schnitzel Sandwich: Pork tenderloin pounded out thin and breaded, served with a house slaw, cucumbers, and a Jameson peppercorn gravy on a pretzel bun served with a side;
  • Apple Croquettes: Homemade apple croquettes drizzled with caramel and crème anglaise.

Fibber Magee’s regular menu also will be available.

The Feast of St. Arnold, one of the summer’s top beer events in the Valley, honors the 11th-century monk who is the patron saint of Belgian brewers and hop-pickers.

It runs 11 a.m.-close. Admission is free.
