Eggstasy, a fast-expanding chain of Valley breakfast-and-lunch eateries, has opened its first East Valley location in the Watermark at Chandler Airpark center off Gilbert just south of Germann.
The concept debuted near Scottsdale and Shea in Scottsdale in 2014, and added locations on Via Linda east of the 101 in Scottsdale in 2017 and at DC Ranch at Pima and Thompson Peak Parkway in Scottsdale in 2018.
Besides the usual pancakes and omelets, Eggstasy features many unusual menu items, such as:
- Cotton candy pork belly ($9.95)
- Spam breakfast sliders ($8.95)
- Chocolate covered bacon ($6.95)
- Broiled grapefruit ($6.95)
- Jelly donut pancakes ($10.95)
- Bacon banana chile pepper crepes ($11.95)
- Prosciutto & chocolate chip waffles ($11.95)
Eggstasy is open 7 a.m.-3 p.m. daily.
