July 17: National Hot Dog Day $5 deal at Char’d in Tempe

Char’d Brisket Dogs + Burgers in Tempe will celebrate National Hot Dog Day with a $5 special on Wednesday, July 17.

The $5 deal is good on any of the restaurant’s six gourmet brisket dogs (normally $6.95):

• Southern Comfort (pictured): Mac ’n’ cheese, crispy bacon, crispy onions, BBQ sauce, and parsley;
• Cali Dog: Avocado, chopped tomatoes, pesto aioli, and crispy onions;
• The Growler: Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese sauce, crispy fries, crispy bacon, and parsley;
• El Chapo: Grilled onions, chopped tomatoes, crispy bacon, jalapenos, Char’d sauce, and cotija;
• Chili Cheese’d Dog: House chili, cheddar cheese sauce, chopped onions, and parsley;
• Char’d Dog: Sweet relish, chopped onions, tomatoes, yellow mustard, and parsley.

Char’d also serves brisket burgers.
