It’s Shark Week, and numerous East Valley restaurants and bars are running week-long specials.
La Ristra New Mexican Kitchen in Gilbert is celebrating with blackened shark tacos on blue corn tortillas, which can be paired with a Blue Curacao margarita with bloody strawberry drizzle (pictured) Tuesday through Sunday.
Good Time Charli’s in west Chandler has $8 Pool Shark cocktails and $6 Shark Attack shooters all week. They’re also selling Shark Week T-shirts.
The Brass Tap in downtown Gilbert has Shark Shots for only $4 all week and Shark Week on the big screen.
