Mama Baer’s Scones, Jams & Treats, a 2-year-old small business specializing in jams and baked goods, has opened a bricks-and-mortar location on the northeast corner of Val Vista and Guadalupe in Gilbert.
The small cafe and bakery takes over a space formerly occupied by Gabriela’s Kitchen.
Mama Baer’s jams are the signature menu items. They come in more than 20 flavors, including strawberry lemonade, bourbon peach, and dark chocolate cherry.
The menu also offers sandwiches, create-your-own yogurt parfaits, cakes, and flavored marshmallows. Many items are non-gluten, keto-friendly, or low-glycemic.
Beverage options include a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and lemonades.
Mama Baer’s is open from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
