Italian chef, cookbook author, and Food Network television host Giada De Laurentiis is opening two restaurants in Scottsdale.
Luna by Giada will feature De Laurentiis’ “signature Italian fare with California influences and a world-class guest experience driven by personalized service,” according to a media release.
Pronto by Giada will feature the same Italian fare but in a fast-casual setting.
Both will be located on the ground floor of the 11-story Caesars Republic Scottsdale hotel under construction on the northern side of Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The hotel is not scheduled to open until 2021.
De Laurentiis currently has three restaurants: Giada and Pronto by Giada at The Cromwell Hotel in Las Vegas and GD Italian by Giada at the Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore.
