Romeo’s Euro Cafe in Gilbert will hold its weekly ‘‘Taste of Romeo’s’’ dinner, hosted by chef Romeo Taus (pictured) and his wife, Janice, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27.
The dinners feature five courses selected from the restaurant’s regular menu. This week’s selections:
- Romeo’s Choice Skins: Italian sausage, onions, peppers, and mushrooms with melted provolone;
- Corinthian Salad: Grilled chicken breast, mixed greens, veggies, feta cheese, and Italian dressing;
- Chicken Veneto: Chicken breast, whole black peppercorns, and capers in Marsala cream sauce;
- Ravioli Marco Polo: Cheese ravioli and meat sauce with Italian sausage, ricotta, and mozzarella;
- Major Chocolate cake
