The East Valley’s newest gastropub, The Parlay Kitchen & Cocktails, opens at 11 a.m. today on Price Road, just south of the 202, in south Chandler.
It takes over the building that formerly housed Meridiem Kitchen & Lounge, which closed in January.
The New American menu appeals to a wide range of appetites – from chicken wings and a pint of Bud Light to a balsamic-glazed rack of lamb and a $190 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Check out the food and drink menus.
The open and airy building, which has floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides, has received a slight makeover – new paint, new signage, and more seating in one of the two bar areas.
Twenty-seven TVs and the NFL Season Ticket package will cater to sports fans. There also will be live music some nights.
The Parlay even has a golf cart to deliver large orders to any of the nearby hotels and office buildings.
The Parlay is open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Friday, and 8 a.m.-1 a.m. Saturday-Sunday.
