Poke Bar, an 18-month-old restaurant on the southeast corner of Price and Ray in Chandler, has been sold and renamed Gosan Poke & Roll.
Gosan offers build-your-own poke bowls with your choice of two scoops ($8.95), three scoops ($10.95), or four scoops ($12.95) of protein.
There also are 14 three- or four-piece sushi rolls ($2.50-$3.50).
A daily special features your choice of sushi roll and salad bar for $4.95.
Gosan Poke & Roll is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
