It’s been more than a year since White Castle announced it would open its first Arizona location just north of Salt River Fields on the northwest corner of Via De Ventura and the Loop 101 in Scottsdale.
This morning, the long-awaited opening date finally was revealed: Wednesday, Oct. 23.
