Copper & Logs, which describes itself as an ‘‘urban-style New American gastropub,’’ is coming to the southwest corner of Greenfield and Warner in Gilbert.
It’s taking over the building that formerly was home to Pizza A Metro, which closed in July 2018 after four years. Other previous occupants included Via and Tutti Santi.
Copper & Logs is hoping to open in November.
