Dog Haus, a California-based chain of gourmet hot dog shops, will open its second Valley location at SanTan Village shopping center in Gilbert this fall.
The 2,900 square-foot restaurant will be located behind Total Wine & More.
Besides its signature Haus Dogs, Dog Haus offers burgers, chicken sandwiches, corn dogs, sides, and shakes.
The Gilbert location will have the chain’s first Biergarten in Arizona – featuring 24 beers on tap and Haus Cocktails crafted by Phil Wills as seen on TV’s ‘‘Bar Rescue.’’
A job fair will be held 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, and Friday, Oct. 18. Applicants can stop by or email resumes to santanvillage@doghaus.com.
The chain made its AZ debut at the Scottsdale Quarter in north Scottsdale in April. Another location is planned in Phoenix.
