OEB Breakfast Co., a Canadian fine-dining breakfast concept from celebrated Italian-Canadian chef Mauro Martina, will open its first U.S. location in north Scottsdale next month.

It will be located on the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Chauncey Lane, just south of the Loop 101.

OEB’s ‘‘classic breakfast’’ ($13.50) features two free-run eggs, duck fat fried herb potatoes, smoked Canadian bacon, rosemary ham, blueberry chicken bangers (sausages), and toast.

The menu also features dishes like lobster and shrimp crepes with caviar ($26), duck leg and waffles ($20), free-range bison poutine with brown butter Hollandaise ($19), and French toast trifle with torched pavlovas ($19, pictured).

OEB debuted in Calgary in 2009 and now has five locations in Alberta and one in British Columbia.
