Duck Donuts, a Pennsylvania-based chain offering customizable doughnuts, will make its Arizona debut on the southwest corner of Arizona and Ocotillo in south Chandler.
The chain’s name comes from its original location in Duck, N.C., that opened in 2006. There now are nearly 100 locations in two dozen states, most east of the Mississippi.
Specialty doughnuts come in a variety of flavors, such as cinnamon apple pie, maple bacon, and Oreo Dream. Customers also can customize doughnuts with their choice of drizzles and toppings.
Besides doughnuts, Duck Donuts’ menu has sandwiches, coffee, and desserts.
Duck Donuts is expected to open next month.
