If you were hoping to start your day with a Breakfast Slider from the new White Castle in Scottsdale, you had to go away hungry.
The 24-hour fast-food restaurant, which launched at 8 a.m. Wednesday, was forced to close at 4 a.m. today because of the non-stop heavy demand.
According to White Castle vice-president Jamie Richardson, the kitchen crew (pictured) hopes to restock supplies and reopen around 9 a.m. today.
According to various media reports, fans waited up to six hours to check out the state’s first White Castle on its opening day.
The restaurant was forced to institute a 60-slider limit Wednesday because some customers were ordering more than 100 at a time.
