The Giving Tree Cafe – a new organic and vegetarian concept from David Warr, the founder and former executive chef of acclaimed Sedona eatery ChocolaTree – has opened in Phoenix.

The 3,200-square-foot restaurant is located on the west side of Seventh Street about midway between McDowell and Thomas.

The all-day breakfast menu features items like banana bread, avocado toast, and waffles, as well as cold-pressed juices and coffees and lattes made with nut milks.

Lunch and dinner offerings include soups, salads, sandwiches, pastas, quinoa bowls, and tacos. (Pictured: Buddha Bowl with cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, peppers, squash, and micro greens, $13.)

Wine, beer, and cocktails are served.

The Giving Tree also offers grab-and-go items such as juices, sandwiches, wraps, and desserts.

Hours are 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m. daily with takeaway service beginning at 7 a.m. on weekdays.
