Modern Italian concept North Italia (pictured) and fast-casual healthy concept Flower Child are the latest Sam Fox restaurants coming to Gilbert.
Where: The two – among of the 11 concepts Fox sold to The Cheesecake Factory earlier this year but still oversees – will share an 11,000-square-foot building on the northwest corner of Santan Village Parkway and Williams Field.
They will be located just east of Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, which opened in June 2018, and across Williams Field from Sandbar Mexican Grill, which launched in March.
Shake Shack and Fuzzy’s Tacos are under construction on the northeast corner of the intersection.
Other Fox concepts: North Italia and Flower Child are the third and fourth Fox concepts to expand into Gilbert, following in the footsteps of Zinburger (2014) and Culinary Dropout (2019).
A former Fox concept, Sauce Pizza & Wine, arrived in Gilbert in 2016, but that concept had been sold to a group of investors the previous year.
When: No opening dates have been announced for new North Italia or Flower Child.
