Crumbl Cookies, a fast-growing chain of gourmet cookie stores that’s already opened five East Valley locations this year, is growing again.
The Utah-based concept’s newest store will have a soft opening from 6 p.m.-midnight today in the former Hi-Health space on the northeast corner of Stapley and Baseline in Mesa.
To celebrate, the new location will give away free chocolate chip cookies – one per person – from 10 a.m.-midnight Friday.
The first Crumbl opened in Logan, Utah, in 2017. The chain now has more than 30 stores in six states.
Crumbl offers a rotating selection of six cookies every week – two mainstays (chocolate chip and chilled sugar) and four others (announced every Sunday night on Instagram) – from its archive of 40 recipes.
The new Mesa store only will have chocolate chip and sugar cookies this weekend, then add next week’s four specialty cookies on Monday.
