Desert Eagle Brewing is closing its northeast Mesa taproom next weekend:
‘‘It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the closing of Falcon Field location. This decision is as much of a shock to all of you as it is for us. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to secure a mutual beneficial lease extension with the current landlords. We will unfortunately be terminating our operations at Falcon Field indefinitely on November 16th.’’
Desert Eagle debuted in downtown Mesa – the city’s first brewery – in 2012 and added the Falcon Field taproom in 2016.
The downtown Mesa brewpub remains open.
