Square One Concepts, the Valley-based restaurant group best known for Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, is bringing Bourbon & Bones to San Tan Village in Gilbert.
Bourbon & Bones, which debuted in Scottsdale in 2016, offers steaks, prime rib, and a raw bar along with more than 300 bourbons and whiskeys.
The exact address of B&B’s second location, which isn’t expected to open until mid-2020 at the earliest, has not been announced.
