Japanese restaurant Toh Zan Nagasaki Grill reopens in new east Mesa location

Toh Zan Nagasaki Grill, a family-run Japanese restaurant on the northwest corner of Dobson and Southern in west Mesa that closed in August after 36 years, has found a new home.

Owners Yoshito and Yuko Eguchi had a soft reopening of their restaurant over the weekend on the southeast corner of Recker and Brown in northeast Mesa.

Lunch is served 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and noon-2:30 p.m. Saturday, and dinner 5-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
