Odelay Bagel Co., a shop that specialized in handmade bagels and locally roasted coffees, has closed after four-plus years on the southwest corner of the Elliot-Warner Loop and Equestrian Trail in Ahwatukee.
Owner Ryan Probst made the announcement on social media:
‘‘We are closed for good. I’ve had such an amazing time being part of your community. Every charity event we had sold out, and together we made a difference in the lives of the homeless, the mentally challenged and the children of Guadalupe. This is what I’m most proud of. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for this incredible and fulfilling experience.’’
