Desert Monks Brewing in Gilbert celebrates its one-year anniversary this week with the release of a series of small-batch experimentals:
- Today: Belgian Quad
- Tuesday: Watermelon Tajin Gose
- Wednesday: Blood Orange Pale Ale
- Thursday: Cranberry Seltzer
- Friday: Phx Date Wheat Ale
- Saturday: Weizenbock
The big party will be Saturday on the patio with the Everest Momo food truck, live music from August in Stereo, and prizes all day.
