Vito’s Pizza & Italian Ristorante, a popular east Mesa dining destination for 33 years, is expanding to Gilbert.
Vito’s, which opened a location in Scottsdale in 2011, is preparing to add another on the southeast corner of Higley and Queen Creek.
The signature menu item is the Chicago-style thin-crust pizzas. Other popular dishes include lasagna and spaghetti with house-made meatballs.
No opening date for Gilbert gas been announced.
