Over Easy, a Scottsdale-based breakfast and lunch concept, has opened its seventh Valley location in the Ancala Village shopping center on the southwest corner of Frank Lloyd Wright and Via Linda in north Scottsdale.
It follows in the footsteps of the downtown Chandler location that opened last month.
Over Easy’s owners plan to open several more locations in 2020, including in Mesa and Queen Creek.
Over Easy is open for breakfast and lunch daily.
