Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill, a chain out of Oregon, has opened its fourth Arizona location at Desert Ridge Marketplace in northeast Phoenix.

Thirsty Lion serves lunch and dinner daily. Weekend brunch will start Jan. 11.
A fifth Arizona location is scheduled to open in February behind Chandler Fashion Center.
