Barrel & Bushel, a rustic gastropub-style restaurant at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Phoenix, opens today on the southwest corner of Second Street and Monroe.
It replaces the former Networks Bar & Grill as part of the hotel’s recent renovations.
Barrel & Bushel offers American comfort food from chef Chelsea Cummings, 16 beers on tap, a variety of craft cocktails, and a street-front patio.
The 200-seat restaurant and bar serves lunch and dinner daily.
