The intersection of Scottsdale Road and Chauncey Lane is becoming a restaurant magnet. The north Scottsdale area welcomed Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria in late 2018, OEB Breakfast Co. last month, and Chauncey Social this month.
Next up: Americano, an Italian steakhouse from the restaurant group headed by Stefano Fabbri, whose other concepts include Pomo Pizzeria, Mora Italian, Meat the Ball, and Luna Gelateria.
Americano (artist rendering shown above) will serve housemade pastas, wood-grilled steaks, and seafood under the direction of executive chef Matt Taylor.
Fabbri hopes to launch in the first quarter of 2020.
