Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, a chain of Napa-inspired restaurants, tasting rooms, and wine bars, will make its Arizona debut near the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Frank Lloyd Wright in north Scottsdale in early 2020.
A second location will open later in 2020 on Chandler Boulevard in front of Chandler Fashion Center.
The Chicago-based chain – whose restaurants feature a scratch kitchen, full bar, winery-inspired private event space and an artisan retail market – currently has 38 locations in nine states.
The winery is the 28th largest in the United States.
