Hard Rock Cafe, the international chain of rock ’n’ roll themed eateries that arrived in the Valley in 1995, will close its downtown Phoenix location when its lease runs out Feb. 28.
The concept – part restaurant and bar, part live music venue, part music museum – originally opened at 26th Street and Camelback near the Biltmore.
In 2007, it moved to its current 8,000-square-foot home on the northeast corner of Second Street and Jefferson, just north of Talking Stick Resort Arena.
