Hot Bamboo, an Asian street food concept popular at Valley festivals and farmers markets for the past decade, is opening a restaurant on the northwest corner of McQueen and Pecos in Chandler.
It’s taking over the strip-mall space next to BKD’s Backyard Joint that formerly was home to Sunny’s Snoballs.
The menu will offer bao (steamed buns), dumplings, and bowls.
Hot Bamboo is expected to open later this week.
