Matt’s Big Breakfast, the popular breakfast and lunch concept that debuted in Phoenix in 2004, will open its fifth Valley location – and first in Scottsdale – on the southwest corner of Scottsdale and Thunderbird on Friday, Jan. 17.
The first 50 diners in line when doors open at 6:30 a.m. will win free bacon for six months.
A sixth Matt’s Big Breakfast is planned for the Epicenter development that breaks ground this week on the northwest corner of Higley and Ray in Gilbert.
