Scottsdale’s Goldwater Brewing announced its new northeast Mesa taproom will have its grand opening Friday, Jan. 17, through Sunday, Jan. 19.
The 2,200-square-foot taproom is located in the new Longbow Marketplace on the southwest corner of the Loop 202 and Recker.
The 30-tap taproom won’t have a kitchen, but will share an 800-square-foot patio with MOD Pizza.
Goldwater will hold a ‘‘friends and family’’ practice night this week and – depending how it goes – may do an unpublicized soft opening before the grand opening.
The 4-year-old brewery’s popular beers include Hop Chowda NEIPA and Machine Gun Teddy brown ale.
