Mythical Coffee, a coffee shop that roasts its own ethically selected beans, has opened in Gilbert Town Square west of Gilbert Road between Warner and Ray.
It’s located in the east end of the strip mall directly behind Pei Wei and Chipotle. Desert Monk Brewing is on the west end of the strip.
Besides coffee drinks, Mythical offers a small selection of pastries and baked goods.
Hours are 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. daily.
