Kaleidoscope Juice – a local chain of juice bars offering fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, salads, and gluten-free sweets – will open its first East Valley location in downtown Gilbert.
It’ll be located behind Barrio Queen in the Heritage Marketplace. The chain currently has three locations in Scottsdale and three in Phoenix.
The 1,100-square-foot Gilbert space will have a walnut bar, banquette seating, a communal table, and an on-site bakery to expand its menu of gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free baked goods.
Kaleidoscope currently offers protein cookies, gluten-free muffins, Keto brownies, and quick breads.
The opening is scheduled for February.
