The owners of Cuisine & Wine Bistro in Chandler and Gilbert will debut a new concept, a gastropub called Copper & Logs, on the southwest corner of Greenfield and Warner in Gilbert.
It takes over the space formerly home to Pizza A Metro, which closed in 2018. Other previous occupants include Via and Tutti Santi.
A new covered patio has been built on the east side of the building.
Look for the opening in early February.
